Studio Policies

SELF-ASSESSMENT OF WELLNESS. If you feel unwell, please let me know as soon as possible ahead of time, and stay home. I’ll help you rebook your appointment. See change / cancellation policy below.

GUESTS WITH APPOINTMENTS ONLY. My studio is cozy and offers the ideal space for myself and my scheduled clients only. Please do not bring any guests with you to your appointment.

 

Changes & Cancellations

Need to cancel or reschedule your appointment? Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to the salon via text, email or phone call.

I understand that sometimes, life happens. I will honor a one-time courtesy change, but future change or cancellation requests within the 24-hour window will require the full service amount to be paid upfront.

If you do end up needing to cancel your appointment within the 24 hour window, please send a courtesy text or email so that we can offer your appointment time to another client.

These policies are in place so that I can accommodate as many clients as possible, and to help me better manage the rewarding, but demanding, schedule of being both a business owner and a mom. Thank you!
